We are ex-cited to have this opportunity for growth and expansion to allow us to better serve you.
You will continue to be supported by the same QE2 staff that has worked with you in the past. Please do not hesitate to call me or your relationship contact at QE2 if you have questions about our merger with Fisher Arnold.
Since humble beginnings in 1986, Fisher Arnold has stayed true to its Mission Statement centered around a culture of caring – for our people, for our clients, and for our community. Our goal has always been to provide a better experience for clients than what is typically available in the professional services marketplace. With familiarity in both public service and private enterprise, we set out with that singular goal in mind and as the years went on, found success through being better naturally came with being bigger.
Founded and headquartered in Memphis, TN, we have grown into a leading professional Engineering and Architectural services firm with offices in Tennessee, Arkansas, Florida, Indiana and Texas with a vast array of projects and clients in 47 states across the U.S. Our expertise includes civil, structural, electrical, transportation and environmental engineering, commercial architecture, site and master land planning, landscape architecture, surveying, telecommunications design, operational/leadership training, and private industrial processes design.
Committed to client satisfaction, we strive to provide accurate information and expertise to meet the growing need for specialized professional services. Our goal is to develop sound, cost-effective solutions that translate into dynamic, sustainable projects.
Multiple services can be provided in-house, which greatly benefit our clients as all departments work together to ensure timely, coordinated delivery from initial conception to final construction.
If you’ve got an acronym – NEPA, OSHA/SARA, SWPPP, ESA, UST – we’ve got an understanding. Our Environmental Division is staffed with Engineers, Geologists, and Scientists expert in assessment, compliance, documentation, management, remediation and best practices in accordance with local, state, and Federal regulations. We are capable of completing tasks and developing studies required by individual State voluntary programs that require Phase I Environmental Site Assessments, Phase II ESAs, and remedial plans to be developed. Our remediation team is equipped to support and operate vapor intrusion, groundwater, and soil gas treatment projects. Our team also supports due diligence projects such as compliance audits, SPCC programs, and industrial hygiene evaluations.
We also provide OSHA/SARA compliance, UST management, and hazardous waste services to a variety of public and private clients. Experienced in the preparation of construction stormwater pollution prevention plans (SWPPPs), our erosion control specialists and engineers design erosion control measures suitable to specifics of each project and in accordance with applicable state best management practices. Fisher Arnold’s erosion control specialists can also assist with SWPPP permit inspections and documentation.
