Mr. Jerman has over 30 years of combined experience working in public accounting and various service-related industries, managing the financial and administrative functions of a business. His qualifications include treasury management, budgeting and forecasting, internal controls, financial reporting, managing the daily and month-end accounting functions, and mergers & acquisitions.

Steve is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with financial institutions and other lenders, actively managing cash flow via forecasting and analysis of collections versus disbursements and evaluating capital expenditure purchases and leasing options. He is also responsible for financial reporting which entails the preparation and review of financial statements for internal management reporting purposes as well as external reporting requirements.

He reviews project-level budgets prepared by managers and professional staff and develops cost tracking tools and reports within the accounting system to monitor project performance against budget. He also manages all tasks performed by the finance/accounting department, including month-end and year-end close processing; client invoicing, accounts receivable and collections; accounts payable and vendor management; fixed asset tracking, reporting and inventory; employee time and expense tracking and project posting.
